Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience using AI to accelerate the software development lifecycle (e.g., code writing, reviewing, refactoring).
- Strong judgment on when to rely on AI versus traditional engineering approaches.
- Experience leading and managing teams that build and operate high-traffic, multi-region, cloud-native systems.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead engineering teams through major architectural transitions.
- Solid technical background related to the entire SDLC.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in R&D, AI Solutions, or related fields.
- Lean, proactive, and positive mindset towards software development.
- Embrace the “you build it, you run it” philosophy.
- Experience mentoring others and developing future mentors and leaders.
- Familiarity with NodeJS, .Net, PHP, Vue/ReactNative, Kubernetes, and AWS (expertise not required, but solid technical background is essential).
Responsibilities
- Lead a part of the Platform group, focusing on building tools and systems to improve the software development lifecycle.
- Support AI integration in products and foster experimentation and prototyping to drive innovation.
- Manage team(s), ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery with high operational standards.
- Lead and represent multidisciplinary squads, providing accountability for their initiatives.
- Work closely with technical leaders to develop an effective technical strategy.
- Act as a point of reference for leadership and main stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching through regular feedback and performance assessments.
- Foster a "Platform as a Product" approach and own the process from discovery to delivery.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and timely delivery.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, tech leaders, product teams, and legal/security teams.
