Requirements
- Proven experience in QA functional testing and manual testing in corporate environments.
- Experience performing testing in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of testing and project tools such as JIRA, ALM, and ITSM platforms.
- Experience in writing, maintaining, and executing structured test documentation.
- Solid experience in defect management, including tracking and reporting bugs.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual functional tests across different phases of the software lifecycle, ensuring application quality and stability.
- Perform regression testing and validate system behavior after deployments and releases.
- Carry out production testing to ensure correct functionality in live environments.
- Design, document, and maintain detailed test cases and testing documentation.
- Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.
- Validate acceptance criteria for user stories in collaboration with product and development teams.
- Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and testing scope.
- Provide support to end users and assist in incident resolution when required.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint activities.
