Requirements

8+ years progressive experience in product operations, product management, or program management
3+ years experience in health tech
Experience at a startup or fast-paced company
Experience implementing or serving as an admin or super user for work management software (ex. Jira, Asana, Aha!, etc.)
Strong understanding and ability to leverage different aspects of project management methodologies
Excellent ability to build relationships quickly across all levels
Superior written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Partner with Product leadership to develop, prioritize, and execute the New Product operational roadmap
Own end-to-end GTM workflows, reporting, and tracking systems
Partner with cross-functional teams to establish operating models
Optimize and automate processes to remove overhead
Develop metrics and operations that embed data-driven decisions
