Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ Years of experience delivering Salesforce or CRM-based solutions in a Functional Lead, Senior Consultant, or Solution Lead role
- Proven experience leading the functional design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce implementations
- Experience translating business requirements into functional designs and configuration aligned with best practices
- Experience collaborating with Developers and reviewing implementations for functional quality and scalability
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration
- Experience with Objects, fields, page layouts
- Experience with Record types and validation rules
- Experience with Roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models
- Advanced English Level
Responsibilities
- Lead project kickoffs with internal teams and stakeholders, confirming functional scope, success criteria, constraints, and ways of working
- Establish and support delivery governance, including functional working sessions and regular status communication
- Own the functional delivery plan across discovery, build, test, deploy, and hypercare phases, ensuring alignment with overall milestones and dependencies
- Coordinate the design and delivery of Salesforce Service solutions in alignment with the Solution Owner’s direction, existing platform architecture, and compliance requirements
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and configuration designs following Salesforce best practices
- Partner with Solution Owners and Developers to design, test, and implement solutions; review outputs to ensure functional correctness and maintainability
- Run or support Agile ceremonies or phase-gate execution, remove functional blockers, and drive decisions to closure
- Ensure alignment and coherence across functional workstreams and manage dependencies
- Coordinate functional support for testing, data migration, documentation, deployment, and go-live activities
- Produce and maintain solution blueprints, process flows, user stories, and admin/technical documentation
- Provide post-implementation functional support, troubleshooting, and hypercare coordination
