Requirements
- 5+ years building web applications
- Real depth in TypeScript (primary stack: TypeScript, React, Node)
- Over 5 years of experience building large-scale applications
- Owned something end-to-end: a product area, a service, a migration
- Long-term experience using TypeScript or Python, and readiness to learn about each
- Comfortable working in legacy code and modernizing incrementally
- Ownership experience of a specific component, feature, or system
- Ability to hold own in product conversations, understanding the business problem
- Curiosity about AI-assisted development workflows
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
- Worked in a team requiring coordination across other teams’ domains
- Ability to inspire team growth through introducing new standards and to drive change
Responsibilities
- Architect a Multi-Product Engine: Shift from a single-product tool to a self-serve platform for 10+ services, building billing and configuration logic for customer onboarding.
- Balance Enterprise & Scale: Solve the tension between bespoke account requirements and a high-volume self-serve funnel, designing abstractions for complex SLAs.
- Modernize while Shipping: Strategically rebuild 6-year-old legacy systems (high-traffic session list and decision profiles) ensuring modern infrastructure.
- Engineer Cross-Team Alignment: Coordinate how Identity, Fraud, and Trust products live in the portal, ensuring architectural consistency and code quality.
- Amplify Delivery with AI: Champion AI-enhanced workflows to scale team delivery and turn ambitions into reality through automation and independent delivery.
