Responsibilities
- Architect and build the core backend systems for Midnite’s internal back office platform, focusing on configuration management and operational APIs
- Manage and mentor a small team of three fullstack and backend engineers, maintaining a high bar for code quality and professional growth
- Identify and prototype AI-powered improvements such as automated documentation, RAG pipelines, and intelligent alerting to reduce operational toil
