Requirements
- 4+ years' of digital or visual design experience
- Advertising agency experience is required
- Pharma agency experience is a plus
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design craft for digital projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Expertise in Figma
- Expertise in XD
- Expertise in Sketch
- Expertise in motion/prototyping tools
- Strong command of typography
- Strong command of layout
- Strong command of branding
- Strong command of design systems
- Experience with 3D or immersive design (three.js) a plus
- Unity experience a bonus
Responsibilities
- Create compelling digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms
- Concept, design, and refine end-to-end digital experiences
- Collaborate closely with UX, development, and copy partners
- Design visually engaging digital experiences for healthcare professional and patient audiences
- Create concepts, layouts, prototypes, and animations that communicate interaction and intent
- Present design work and articulate the “big idea”
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, scalable solutions
- Build and maintain component libraries and design systems
