Requirements

5+ years in key account management, customer success, or enterprise sales
Proven track record of growing and expanding strategic accounts
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
Experience leading QBRs and executive-level presentations
Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and driving adoption
Ability to operate independently in a high-autonomy environment
Strong collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
Commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth and account expansion
Willingness to travel across Canada for client engagement
Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
Background in SaaS, marketing technology, digital media, or related fields
Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
Familiarity with advertising, branding, or campaign workflows
Experience working within or alongside partner ecosystems (agencies, resellers, platforms)
Exposure to the Google ecosystem (Google Ads, Workspace, or partner programs) is a strong plus
Understanding of the Canadian market, including regional and industry nuances
Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within Google Canada's partner and advertiser ecosystem
Focus on long-term value, adoption, and revenue expansion for accounts
Operate with high autonomy
Build senior-level relationships
