Requirements

  • 5+ years in key account management, customer success, or enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of growing and expanding strategic accounts
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
  • Experience leading QBRs and executive-level presentations
  • Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and driving adoption
  • Ability to operate independently in a high-autonomy environment
  • Strong collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth and account expansion
  • Willingness to travel across Canada for client engagement
  • Fluency in English
  • Background in SaaS, marketing technology, digital media, or related fields
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Familiarity with advertising, branding, or campaign workflows
  • Experience working within or alongside partner ecosystems (agencies, resellers, platforms)
  • Understanding of the Canadian market, including regional and industry nuances

Responsibilities

  • Lead Trakto's expansion into the Canadian market
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within Google Canada's partner and advertiser ecosystem
  • Focus on long-term value, adoption, and revenue expansion for accounts
  • Operate with high autonomy
  • Build senior-level relationships
  • Shape account strategy
  • Identify growth opportunities across the portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with Google teams
  • Act as the voice of the Canadian market
  • Bring insights back to influence product, marketing, and go-to-market strategy
