Requirements
- Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with clients in digital advertising (experience with publishers is a plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills to foster publisher partnerships
- Ability to think strategically and identify new trends and solutions in the AdTech industry
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and RTB
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms and other technical aspects of Ad-Stack management
- Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Curiosity, drive for growth, and will to succeed as part of an innovative organization
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel as well as other analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
- Native German and fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Responsibilities
- Proactive identification and engagement of potential publisher partners to achieve company goals and expand market presence
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with publisher partners to drive collaboration
- Acquire new national and international publishers (leading web & app platforms) for our Global Shopper Network. Focus markets: Germany, Austria, Hungary
- Close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product teams, and the Go-to-Market team
- Representation of the company at trade fairs, sales missions, and industry events
