- Knowledge of Contact Center as a Solution (Talkdesk for example)
- Solid track record of coaching and developing customer service & sales skills
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop a plan and implement to desired results
- Demonstrate a mindset where people come first
- Work smart, hard and embrace everything that comes your way
Responsibilities
- Lead and empower a customer success team to truly help each caller, regardless of interaction length
