Responsibilities
- Design high-impact assets across ads, landing pages, campaigns, and sales materials that drive measurable results
- Own and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring it’s distinctive, cohesive, and future-ready across all markets
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and employer branding teams to align visuals with strategic goals and maximize performance
- Translate brand strategy and data insights into creative visuals that engage and convert audiences
- Operate with speed and precision — testing, iterating, and refining designs based on feedback and performance metrics
- Create visually compelling materials for internal events, investor decks, and product presentations
- Stay ahead of creative and digital trends to continuously elevate design quality and impact
