Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Paid Search
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Paid Social
- Skilled in building campaigns and ads directly in platform-native tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linkedin, Facebook, 6sense)
- Experience working with high-growth SaaS products
- Deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel
- Familiarity with the B2B MarTech stack, including Salesforce and Marketo
- Skilled in trafficking ads
- Implementing tags in Google Tag Manager
- Understanding server-side tracking and first-party data strategies
- Results-oriented and data-driven
- Proven ability to build performance marketing channels from the ground up, scaled to a high level of paid spend
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Bachelor’s Degree
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data-driven customer acquisition and expansion strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Linkedin, Facebook, and other performance marketing channels.
- Experiment with new channels to uncover new growth frontiers.
- Adapt and localise global performance strategies for specific regional markets, ensuring cultural relevance and language accuracy, while architecting bespoke region-first campaigns tailored to unique regional market dynamics and buyer behaviours.
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution – from ideation and audience targeting to ads trafficking, creative optimisation and performance analysis.
- Use A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve ad creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Leverage performance data to inform keyword selection, ad copy, ad creatives, campaign structure, and bidding approaches that drive performance and efficiency.
- Analyse and present campaign results, implementing recommendations to optimise performance and identify new growth opportunities.
- Partner with the Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and the Regional Marketing Team to create integrated campaigns to achieve our goals.
