Requirements
- First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, as a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales
- Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
- Experience using Salesforce (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience using Salesloft (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience using Gong (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to uncover customer needs
- Adaptability (fast-paced environment)
- Native German proficiency
- Fluent English (B2 level or equivalent) proficiency
Responsibilities
- Generate opportunities from top priority, highest potential accounts
- Create business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound leads qualification
- Leverage Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and pitch the product to interested prospects
- Detect customer pain points and understand their context
- Evangelize collaborative learning in the market
- Present the 360Learning value proposition
- Collaborate with coach, marketing operations, demand gen, and sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas Sales Qualified Leads
- Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and bring innovative lead generation ideas
