  • First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, as a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales
  • Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
  • Experience using Salesforce (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience using Salesloft (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience using Gong (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to uncover customer needs
  • Adaptability (fast-paced environment)
  • Native German proficiency
  • Fluent English (B2 level or equivalent) proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Generate opportunities from top priority, highest potential accounts
  • Create business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound leads qualification
  • Leverage Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and pitch the product to interested prospects
  • Detect customer pain points and understand their context
  • Evangelize collaborative learning in the market
  • Present the 360Learning value proposition
  • Collaborate with coach, marketing operations, demand gen, and sales
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas Sales Qualified Leads
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and bring innovative lead generation ideas
