Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong proficiency in Node.js
- Strong proficiency in React
- Proven experience building scalable APIs
- Proven experience building web applications
- Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Hands-on experience with LLMs
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain or similar
- Familiarity with vector databases
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming
- Professional experience working with financial data and APIs
- Previous experience building and deploying LLM-based agents in production environments (Preferred)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool use orchestration (MCP), and semantic search (Preferred)
- Experience with embedding pipelines and RAG architectures (Preferred)
- Exposure to smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and DeFi systems (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Architect and build robust full-stack systems to power a proprietary AI financial agent
- Develop scalable APIs and backend services designed to support complex agent workflows
- Build high-performance user interfaces that visualize agent reasoning, surface deep financial insights, and enable real-time interaction
- Collaborate closely with AI researchers to productionize agent logic and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks
- Connect and manage complex data pipelines sourced from various financial providers
- Implement rigorous testing, monitoring, and performance best practices to ensure system reliability
- Stay at the forefront of LLM frameworks, full-stack development tools, and evolving financial trends to maintain a competitive edge
