Responsibilities
- Strategically source, engage, and attract high-quality Danish-speaking candidates across diverse industries
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and compatibility with client needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, supporting them throughout the recruitment journey
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to negotiating offers and onboarding coordination
- Stay updated on employment trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing techniques
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on recruitment progress and market dynamics
