- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing multiple roles simultaneously
- Adaptable and proactive approach to tackling recruitment challenges and evolving requirements
- Motivated to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance recruiting expertise
Responsibilities
- Expertly source, engage, and attract exceptional candidates fluent in Croatian across various industries
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with professionalism and care
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate negotiation, and offer management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies
- Provide regular updates and insights to the management team regarding recruitment progress and market feedback
