Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates fluent in German across various industries
- Conduct thorough and professional interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates efficiently
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting creation to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Stay current with recruitment best practices, industry trends, and sourcing techniques to continually enhance your approach
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the management team
