Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing coordination, content marketing, email marketing, and campaign execution
  • Strong copywriting skills with excellent written English and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and maintaining data accuracy
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (ideally Mailchimp) and automation workflows
  • Practical, business-level experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity and output quality
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with Australian businesses or within regulated/professional services environments (finance, lending, real estate, or similar) is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate social media scheduling, posting, and content calendars across platforms
  • Write high-quality marketing copy for emails, social media, landing pages, brochures, partner communications, and nurture sequences
  • Build, launch, and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, including lead management, segmentation, and campaign tracking
  • Support website and landing page updates, ensuring content accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate marketing assets (design, video, web, and campaign materials) with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist in campaign reporting, performance tracking, and visibility of marketing metrics
  • Help structure and optimise the marketing funnel to improve consistency and conversion
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign planning, research, repurposing, reporting, and workflow efficiency
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing systems, processes, and execution
