Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, tracking, and managing marketing projects and campaigns to ensure timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
- Coordinate resources, tasks, and priorities across marketing and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, workflows, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and broader organizational goals.
- Assist in vendor coordination, including contract support, deliverable tracking, and performance follow-up.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across marketing systems and reporting tools.
- Conduct market and industry research, including fintech and crypto trends, to support marketing strategy and briefs.
- Help implement and optimize marketing tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
