Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner
- Strong experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience working with data products or platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Data Lake)
- Experience with data modeling, APIs, and data integration
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- SQL experience
- STLC exposure
- Healthcare experience
- Experience with AI/ML concepts or data science tools
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning it with business strategy and customer needs
- Translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure continuous value delivery
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, QA, and Governance teams across the full product lifecycle
- Drive data-driven product decisions using analytics and stakeholder insights
- Ensure alignment with data governance, security, and compliance standards
- Apply Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Communicate complex technical concepts in clear business language
- Stay current with AI, data, and healthcare technology trends
