  • Expertise in Premiere Pro
  • Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills
  • Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts
  • Comfortable working in English
  • Available 9am–6pm PST
  • Willing to complete a technical editing assessment
  • AI-powered creative tools experience (Midjourney, RunwayML, Firefly, etc.) (bonus)
  • Performance marketing or agency background (bonus)
  • Data-informed creative optimization experience (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts
  • Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs
  • Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly
  • Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback
  • Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality
