Registered with the Nurse Practitioners Associate of Ontario
Eligible for licensure in other Canadian provinces
Technologically savvy with experience or comfort in digital care platforms
Excellent communicator
Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Able to respond to patient needs in a timely and empathetic manner
Passionate about improving the Canadian healthcare landscape
Curious, innovative, and excited to work cross-functionally with non-clinical teams
Previous experience in men’s health is a plus

Responsibilities

Review patient-submitted medical histories through an intelligent, graded online platform
Determine candidacy for treatment based on medical histories
Issue prescriptions if appropriate
Communicate directly with patients via secure messaging platform for more information
Help refine clinical workflows to deliver seamless, high-quality care at scale
Work closely with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to identify friction points
Co-design solutions to elevate healthcare delivery
Contribute to new product launches and protocols as Phoenix expands
