Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations (BizOps), or similar roles within B2B SaaS
  • Experience operating in growth-stage or scaling environments
  • Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
  • Strong track record building and running operating cadences (QBRs, MBRs, pipeline reviews)
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, bookings, retention, and pipeline coverage
  • Experience with forecasting, financial modeling, and business case development
  • Ability to connect operational performance to revenue outcomes and business strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Background in management consulting (top-tier or equivalent) (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with pricing and packaging strategy (Nice to Have)
  • Exposure to vertical SaaS (proptech, marine, RV, or adjacent markets) (Nice to Have)
  • Experience supporting new business lines or vertical expansion initiatives (Nice to Have)

Responsibilities

  • Establish and run a consistent operating cadence, including weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, monthly business reviews (MBRs), and quarterly planning
  • Drive accountability and ensure follow-through on key initiatives across teams
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional efforts to resolve them
  • Partner with the GM and leadership team to define annual and quarterly plans, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Align teams around clear priorities, success metrics, and timelines
  • Improve forecasting, target setting, and planning processes in partnership with Sales, RevOps, and Finance
  • Act as a central connector across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, and HR
  • Drive alignment on priorities, resourcing, and execution across functions
  • Lead program management for critical go-to-market initiatives and product launches
  • Develop and maintain dashboards across pipeline, revenue, and operational performance
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership
  • Leverage Salesforce, BI tools, and emerging AI tools to improve visibility and efficiency
