Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–10 years of digital pharmaceutical and consumer health ad sales experience.
- Experience selling DTC and/or HCP-focused media solutions.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape, digital advertising sales process, and performance measurement.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare trends, pharma marketing nuances, and publisher-side ad sales operations.
- A consultative sales style that delivers insight, adds value, and fosters long-term client relationships.
- Proven success presenting to and engaging with prospective clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working independently under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to inspire cross-functional partners.
- Ability to travel nationally for client meetings.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Exceed revenue goals by growing existing partnerships and cultivating new business.
- Develop strategic, insight-led solutions and proactive opportunities that drive client success.
- Present regularly to clients and agencies, both virtually and in person.
- Plan and execute client-facing events and meetings.
- Partner with media strategy and marketing teams to build integrated solutions aligned with client marketing and business objectives.
- Manage pipeline activity in Salesforce, providing accurate forecasts and account updates.
