Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator, campaign management, or marketing operations role
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience managing or supporting video, content, or customer storytelling initiatives a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to improve marketing performance
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of digital and integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, web, paid media, social, video, etc.)
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on-time launches
- Support asset trafficking, QA, and deployment in marketing platforms and tools
- Maintain campaign documentation, briefs, and status updates
- Coordinate with agencies on asset development, revisions, and delivery against campaign requirements
- Own day-to-day coordination of marketing assets, from intake through production, launch and activation
- Compile and maintain campaign and video performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems
- Track KPIs related to campaign effectiveness, engagement, and video performance
- Assist in analyzing campaign and content results to inform optimization recommendations
- Manage project timelines, task tracking, and dependencies across multiple campaigns and content initiatives
