Requirements
- 2-4 years of Sales or Revenue Operations experience, or Systems administration within a SaaS organization
- Bachelors degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data science or a related field
- Strong salesforce administrator experience (Sales Cloud required)
- Hands-on DocuSign administration experience (templates, workflows, salesforce integration)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Proven experience in data strategy development, CRM management, and data integration within a business context
- Experience supporting quote-to-cash processes
- Strong understanding of SaaS key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in a vacuum
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively across departments (sales, marketing, revenue operations, customer success)
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce & related integrations (i.e. DocuSign, Leandata, Gong etc.)
- Support DocuSign configuration, templates, workflows for seamless execution
- Work closely with the sales team to improve sales processes and efficiencies
- Help build and maintain scalable system architecture to support sales, customer success, marketing and finance
- Ensure data integrity, field governance, validation rules, automation and documentation is built out to enable users to use the system accurately
- Help support lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close workflows
- Help identify inefficient across the quote-to-cash lifecycle and implement scalable automation
- Help manage generation workflows via DocuSign and support Sales Operations
- Support our growth in North America of activating new clients and their subscription plans
- Adding subscription enhancements to existing clients, and De-activating clients who are cancelling
- Update customer subscription packages for new product feature releases
- Ensuring licensing, and pricebook inside salesforce is accurately reflected in clients’ agreements
