Responsibilities
- Own the execution layer of the email channel – operations, performance, deliverability, and compliance
- Manage campaign builds and database health
- Develop and maintain workflows connecting marketing processes
- Utilize AI to streamline execution and personalize interactions
- Build workflows that benefit the entire team
- Ensure a seamless experience for prospects
- Provide reliable data to inform future decisions
- Fully activate the growing database
- Independently own the build, QA, and launch of 3+ campaigns across email, webinar, event, or partner channels
- Map and document current campaign ops processes for at least two recurring campaign types
- Build and launch agents in HubSpot, Claude, or other tooling
- Draft a structured intake checklist and Asana template for campaign requests
- Contribute optimization ideas based on email performance data
- Own the email channel end-to-end, including a defined testing roadmap and ongoing performance optimization
- Build and launch at least one AI-powered nurture sequence
- Lead a campaign retrospective using a HubSpot dashboard
- Contribute at least one documented, scalable workflow to the team's shared AI playbook
- Partner with stakeholders to finalize and socialize an org-wide campaign intake and ops process
