Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Sage 300 ERP software
- Demonstrated accounting/financial skill
- Prior construction experience (preferred)
- Experience in a consulting role in construction (preferred)
- Experience in a financial leadership position in construction (e.g., Controller, CFO, Project Accountant, or equivalent) (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
- Equivalent work experience to a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead client software implementations
- Support client software implementations
- Focus on construction industry clients
- Apply Sage 300 expertise
- Apply construction-specific knowledge
- Guide customers through system configuration
- Guide customers through financial workflows
- Guide customers through reporting needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions
- Track issues and escalate according to company guidelines
- Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology for successful client implementation
- Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction
