Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Manufacturing ERP Software.
- Proficiency in Acumatica (preferred), Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or Infor CSI/SyteLine, Visual.
- Manufacturing Industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support client software implementations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
- Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
- Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
