Requirements
- 3+ years of Acumatica implementation and support experience, with a primary focus on Construction.
- Four-year degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lead full-cycle implementations and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience working directly with client teams and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking full ownership of tasks.
- Flexibility with task assignment and a fast-moving work environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and design activities on Acumatica Construction implementations, including configuration, testing, data conversion, training, and go-live support.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by building strong relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Independently manage assigned tasks and workstreams, collaborating with the Project Manager to align activities with project documentation and methodology.
- Monitor project budgets and deliver engagements on time and within scope.
- Provide coaching and quality assurance to team members to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Facilitate group discussions and tailor communication for multiple levels of an organization.
- Provide leadership in the change management process.
