Have 5–10 years of experience in business analytics, strategy consulting, data science consulting, or real estate decision analytics.
Demonstrate a track record bridging technical execution, project management, and client delivery.
Bring hands-on proficiency with leading LLMs/AI platforms for workflow automation and prototyping; OpenAI is preferred.
Have a strong analytical foundation working with structured and unstructured datasets.
Be proficient in SQL, Python, Excel, and enterprise BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Have experience framing hypotheses, solving ambiguous problems, and presenting executive-ready recommendations.
Understanding of real estate business processes such as property management, asset performance, or valuation is preferred.
Familiarity with Dataiku or enterprise analytics platforms is a plus.

Partner with stakeholders to align business strategy with analytics, structured decision frameworks, and performance metrics.
Translate business challenges into technical specifications, data science roadmaps, and actionable projects.
Manage deliverables and drive milestones across technical teams and client stakeholders.
Conduct exploratory analysis on property and portfolio data.
Translate complex insights into executive recommendations.
Prototype solutions and functional proof-of-concepts using GenAI, Agentic AI, and low-code/no-code tools.
Orchestrate cross-functional data science, ML, and software engineering teams to deliver solutions.
