Experience: 5-7+ years experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup
Required Skills: SQLProcess improvement

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
5-7+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup.
Experience designing and running operating processes, such as planning cycles, business reviews, OKRs, and metric standardization.
Ability to work quickly with little structure or guidance.
Ability to operate independently and lead ambiguous projects.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Experience driving change and impact in a fluid, unstructured working environment.
Fluency in using AI tools for problem-solving, analysis, and execution across business challenges.
Nice to have: experience with a marketplace or two-sided platform.
Nice to have: experience standing up operating cadences, tooling, or process improvement at a scaling company.
Nice to have: proficiency with SQL and dashboards.

Own company planning, OKR cycles, business reviews across functions and international markets, and operating cadences.
Build tools that track progress against goals, metrics, resource allocation, and blockers.
Map decision-making across functions and countries, codify decision rights, and establish review forums.
Identify operational friction and streamline processes and day-to-day operations.
Roll out tooling with AI at the core to improve business execution.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to focus work on buyer and seller experience.
Own resolution of high-impact issues end-to-end.
