Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with construction ERP software.
- Have experience with Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Infor CSI/SyteLine, or Visual; Acumatica is preferred.
- Demonstrate accounting or financial skills.
- Construction industry experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support client software implementations.
- Resolve customer questions, track issues, and escalate them according to company guidelines.
- Follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
- Communicate proactively with clients and the team to achieve client satisfaction.
