Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with manufacturing ERP software.
- Experience with Acumatica is preferred; Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Infor CSI/SyteLine, and Visual are also listed.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support client software implementations.
- Resolve customer questions and track issues.
- Escalate issues according to company guidelines.
- Follow Aktion’s methodology to support successful client implementations.
- Communicate proactively with clients and the team.
