Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with Sage Intacct ERP software
- Demonstrated accounting/financial skill
- Prior construction experience preferred (consulting, Controller, CFO, Project Accountant)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead and support client software implementations
- Focus on construction industry clients
- Apply Sage Intacct expertise
- Apply construction-specific knowledge
- Guide customers through system configuration
- Guide customers through financial workflows
- Guide customers through reporting needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions
- Track issues and escalate according to company guidelines
- Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology for successful client implementation
- Proactively communicate with clients and team
