Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role with direct ownership of paid and organic channels
- Proven hands-on experience running paid search campaigns (Google Ads required)
- Experience managing agency relationships across paid and organic channels
- Working knowledge of SEO principles, tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent), and technical SEO concepts
- Experience running paid social campaigns, with demonstrated ability to reach technical or developer audiences
- Familiarity with AEO/GEO concepts and how to optimize content for AI-driven search surfaces
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable pulling and interpreting performance data without hand-holding
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, content, and product in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Google Ads strategy, including campaign architecture, keyword management, bid strategy, and budget pacing
- Manage and direct agency partners on execution for paid search, ensuring campaigns align with positioning and performance targets
- Define paid social strategy across LinkedIn, X, and Reddit, with an emphasis on developer and ML practitioner audiences
- Manage agency partners on campaign execution, audience segmentation, and creative performance for paid social
- Own Runpod's organic search strategy, including technical SEO oversight, content gap analysis, and keyword prioritization
- Direct agency partners on SEO execution while maintaining internal ownership of roadmap and priorities
- Develop and implement AEO strategy to improve Runpod's visibility in AI-generated answers
- Own a unified performance dashboard across all digital channels
- Deliver regular channel reports with clear takeaways and recommendations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital agency relationships
