Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social and digital channels
- Translate video and content assets into effective ads and funnels
- Continuously test messaging, creative, and audiences to improve lead quality and cost efficiency
- Execute campaigns directly inside marketing platforms like HubSpot
- Collaborate with the Affiliate/Vendor Manager to produce affiliate campaign assets
- Design and execute promotion strategies for events
- Support conferences, webinars, and events in partnership with leadership
- Help develop evergreen marketing assets and content campaigns
- Create templates for campaigns and promotions that others can execute
- Ensure messaging consistency and compliance across campaigns and funnels
