Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications
- Expertise in building foundational assets from scratch, including scalable logos, distinct color palettes, and typography systems
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for crafting and managing core design assets
- Proven ability to translate brand DNA perfectly across varied formats, from digital social media kits to corporate pitch decks and print materials
- Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries for wider team use
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
- A strategic, detail-obsessed mindset focused on long-term brand equity
- Strong dedication to visual consistency and functioning as a true brand gatekeeper
- Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality assets
- Portfolio showcasing branding work (logos, identity systems, guidelines) must be included in the CV
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Tendem Agents to provide critical thinking, domain expertise, and layout skills to turn briefs and rough drafts into clean, on-brand, and easy-to-ship web-ready designs
- Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes
- Create, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements
- Act as the strict gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits
- Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards
- Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums
