Requirements
- Proven experience in an office management, operations, events, or EA/PA role
- Ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
- Exceptionally organised with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A natural connector who builds relationships easily and communicates with warmth and professionalism
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Confident using Microsoft Office suite and collaborative tools (Slack, Notion, or similar)
- Experience supporting a senior leadership team or regional function
- Background in event planning or marketing campaign logistics
- Exposure to a high-growth SaaS or PropTech businesses
- Familiarity with HR processes and people operations
- Experience working within, or in close support of, a Sales or Customer team in a SaaS environment
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day running of the Re-Leased UK office, ensuring it's a great place to work
- Manage office supplies, facilities, vendor relationships, and general upkeep
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales and Customer teams
- Plan and execute internal and external events — from intimate team offsites to larger customer-facing activations
- Lead the planning and delivery of internal events including End-of-Quarter celebrations, team socials, and company milestone moments
- Partner with the HR team on people-related initiatives, events, and communications
- Act as a trusted support to the VP of EMEA and regional management team on operational matters
- Liaise confidently across multiple internal stakeholders and functions
- Manage communications, scheduling, and project coordination on behalf of the leadership team where required
