Requirements
- 2-5 years of client-facing experience in management consulting, technical implementation, or similar roles
- Technical background, training or mindset (e.g., CS or engineering major, experience in math or stats, or a track record of learning and using technical skills)
- Strong project leader with a track record of independently leading complex technical solutions
- Experience building & managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong communication skills (effective listening and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders)
- Solution-oriented mindset (creatively solve problems and "hack" systems)
- Excited about AI, knowledgeable and already tinkers with it (e.g., ChatGPT power user, or build AI projects in spare time)
Responsibilities
- Be an AI expert and evangelist for Lorikeet’s customer base
- Lead AI implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment
- Build and configure workflows in Lorikeet's AI tools to meet each unique customer’s goals
- Understand customers’ businesses and recommend innovative AI solutions beyond typical customer support to achieve their business goals
- Work with our product team to represent customer needs, provide feedback, and inform both our short-term and long-term product strategy
- Guide customers through technical implementation while building strong relationships
- Solve complex integration challenges creatively and efficiently
