Requirements
- 5-7 years of quota-carrying, business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience
- Availability to work 10am - 7pm PST and at least one weekend day/week
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Proficiency with SaaS platforms
- Proficiency with HubSpot
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strongly prefer candidates with B2C and B2B experience selling intangible products/services
- Strongly prefer candidates with experience selling within the college admissions consulting space
- Consulting experience working with students to get them into top universities
- Experience selling higher contract value education while exceeding quota
- Experience selling intangibles
- 3-5 Years of experience working remotely on an inside sales team
- Knowledge of the college admissions space preferred
- Consultative selling experience
Responsibilities
- Meet with high school students and parents via zoom to assess academic credentials, achievements, and goals
- Present Empowerly's comprehensive suite of college admissions programs
- Follow up with families to help them enroll
- Document and manage complete sales cycles, from qualifying inbound leads to selling solutions
- Accurately forecast your sales pipeline
- Degenerate direct referrals from assisted Empowerly customers
- Work independently and collaboratively to reach sales goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ambassador to students and families
- Drive revenue to achieve individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Track all deal data in HubSpot (deal source, close time, etc.)
