Requirements

  • 5-7 years of quota-carrying, business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience
  • Availability to work 10am - 7pm PST and at least one weekend day/week
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Proficiency with SaaS platforms
  • Proficiency with HubSpot
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strongly prefer candidates with B2C and B2B experience selling intangible products/services
  • Strongly prefer candidates with experience selling within the college admissions consulting space
  • Consulting experience working with students to get them into top universities
  • Experience selling higher contract value education while exceeding quota
  • Experience selling intangibles
  • 3-5 Years of experience working remotely on an inside sales team
  • Knowledge of the college admissions space preferred
  • Consultative selling experience

Responsibilities

  • Meet with high school students and parents via zoom to assess academic credentials, achievements, and goals
  • Present Empowerly's comprehensive suite of college admissions programs
  • Follow up with families to help them enroll
  • Document and manage complete sales cycles, from qualifying inbound leads to selling solutions
  • Accurately forecast your sales pipeline
  • Degenerate direct referrals from assisted Empowerly customers
  • Work independently and collaboratively to reach sales goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ambassador to students and families
  • Drive revenue to achieve individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Track all deal data in HubSpot (deal source, close time, etc.)
