Requirements
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in business, economics, data science, public policy, data analytics, engineering, or a related field
- Anticipated graduation date in 2027 or 2028
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and/or data visualization tools
- Available to work up to 25 hours per week
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Enthusiasm for remote work and "cameras on" collaboration
- Previous internship or project experience in operations, strategy, data analytics, or a related field (Preferred)
- Exposure to AI or generative AI tools for research, analysis, or workflow automation (Preferred)
- Interest in education, healthcare, or social impact organizations (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Work with operational and performance data to surface trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop frameworks and visual tools that help leaders understand complex systems and make informed decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, clinical leadership, and other teams through interviews and working sessions
- Use AI and generative AI tools to support research, data synthesis, and analysis tasks
- Translate findings into clear recommendations and present insights to internal audiences, including senior leadership
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen the organization's ability to scale and deliver high-quality services
