Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
- Strong exposure to RICEFW objects
- Solid expertise in debugging within SAP environments
- Solid expertise in troubleshooting within SAP environments
- Solid expertise in performance optimization within SAP environments
- Practical experience with at least one core SAP functional module (FICO, HCM, or BCM)
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP (OO-ABAP)
- Good understanding of Web Services (SOAP and REST-based integrations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Design SAP ABAP solutions for international clients
- Develop SAP ABAP solutions for international clients
- Maintain SAP ABAP solutions for international clients
- Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions
- Contribute across RICEFW developments
- Contribute to system integrations
- Apply strong debugging skills
- Apply troubleshooting skills
- Apply performance optimization skills
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and senior technical team members
- Ensure technical accuracy and alignment with business needs
- Ensure successful project delivery
- Produce clear technical documentation
- Support high-quality releases through disciplined development practices
