Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of cold calling experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Proven track record of achieving outbound targets (calls, meetings, conversions)
- Experience using cloud-based dialers (Vonage, RingCentral, Dialpad, etc.)
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must be Tech-savvy and administratively strong
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup
- Strong time management and accountability
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients across target markets
- Engage decision-makers and clearly communicate our SaaS value proposition
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Manage and update all activities in CRM systems
- Execute structured follow-ups via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs
- Handle objections professionally and adapt messaging in real time
- Collaborate with remote sales and marketing teams to improve outreach performance
