Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of cold calling experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Proven track record of achieving outbound targets (calls, meetings, conversions)
  • Experience using cloud-based dialers (Vonage, RingCentral, Dialpad, etc.)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Must be Tech-savvy and administratively strong
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup
  • Strong time management and accountability
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients across target markets
  • Engage decision-makers and clearly communicate our SaaS value proposition
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Manage and update all activities in CRM systems
  • Execute structured follow-ups via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs
  • Handle objections professionally and adapt messaging in real time
  • Collaborate with remote sales and marketing teams to improve outreach performance
