Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Finance, Analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of liquidity, cash flows, and financial data in a multi-entity environment.
  • Proven capability to thrive in high-pressure scenarios, especially when faced with tight deadlines and multitasking.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proven experience improving or automating treasury or finance processes.
  • Practical exposure to tools such as advanced Excel, BI tools, RPA solutions, Python, or similar automation technologies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Accounting, Payments, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • CFA, CTP, FRM, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and global e-banking platforms.
  • Ability to influence senior management through data-driven storytelling.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution and automation of the back-office, including reconciliations, reporting, cash positioning, and administrative bank processes.
  • Design and implement scalable automation solutions (RPA, AI, Python, TMS tools) to replace manual workflows, improve accuracy, timeliness, and strengthen controls.
  • Implement advanced analytical tools and automation solutions to enhance liquidity forecasting and management.
  • Utilize AI and machine learning models to predict cash flow trends and optimize cash holdings, improving the accuracy of standardized reporting.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology such as predictive analytics and AI to refine cash forecasting models and integrate real-time data.
  • Effectively partner with external relationship banks, consultants, and advisors to successfully execute treasury operations and strategy.
  • Drive the adoption of process automation tools such as RPA and AI to reduce manual processes, enhance accuracy, and improve operational efficiency in global treasury operations.
  • Lead or assist with country operationalizations by assisting various teams with intercompany loans setup & registrations, e-banking users, and 1st penny tests.
  • Utilize business intelligence platforms to automate cash position reporting and analysis, employing visualization tools to present complex data.
  • Collaborate with the treasury team on short-term investments or borrowing based on cash surplus or deficit projections.
  • Monitor and manage risks related to cash positions, including fraud risks, and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
  • Continually evaluate and adopt new technologies such as cloud-based treasury management systems (TMS) to improve functionality and data integration.
  • Participate in or lead projects related to cash management, banking transitions, and system implementations.
  • Work with various departments such as finance, accounting, operations, and procurement to gather data and understand cash flow implications.
  • Train and support new team members joining the treasury function.
