Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS environment
- Experience in SDR/BDR-area or Revenue Operations
- Strong data understanding
- Experience with CRM-systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Process-oriented thinking
- Hands-on mentality
- High affinity for Sales-Tools and automations
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Outbound-Cadences
- Experience with Sales-Engagement-Tools (Demodesk, Surfe, Salesloft, Outreach etc.)
- Negotiation-level English proficiency in written and spoken form
- German language skills are an advantage
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and maintaining SDR dashboards and KPI-Reportings (e.g., Activity Rates, Conversion Rates, Pipeline Contribution)
- Analyze Outbound-Performance on team and individual level and derive data-based recommendations
- Identify bottlenecks in the SDR process and develop scalable solutions
- Create and maintain playbooks, cadences, and outreach sequences with the Senior Manager SDR
- Ensure data quality in the CRM (HubSpot) for all SDR-relevant objects and activities
- Define standards for data maintenance and ensure their consistent implementation in the team
- Central contact person for all SDR-relevant tools (Cloudtalk, Lusha, HubSpot, Notion)
- Steer rollout, training, and usage quality of tools and evaluate new technologies and AI-tools
- Work closely with the AE-Team to continuously improve the SDR-to-AE Handoff-process
- Coordinate campaign-inputs and ICP-signals for outbound with Marketing
- Support the onboarding of new SDRs through structured process documentation and tool training
- Identify skill-gaps in the team and work with Sales Enablement to develop targeted measures
