Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
- 2–5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT.
- Thorough understanding of technical roles, including: Software Engineers (Java, Python, .NET), Data Engineers and Data Scientists, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, Quality Assurance, and Cybersecurity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Skills in Talent sourcing and pipeline management, Information technology.
- Outstanding sourcing abilities.
- Ability to oversee the entire recruitment process while working in close partnership with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering positions, and onboarding new hires.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical specifications, team interactions, and recruitment priorities.
- Find candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Assess resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to determine both technical fit and cultural compatibility.
- Coordinate and arrange technical interviews with the appropriate parties.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.
- Ensure an enjoyable candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.
- Keep up to date with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and new technologies.
