Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5+ years of experience in IT or technical recruiting
- Deep understanding of technical roles
- Experience with Software Engineers (Java, Python, .NET)
- Experience with Data Engineers / Data Scientists
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Talent sourcing & pipeline management skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for IT positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, onboarding)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.)
- Review resumes and perform initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural alignment
- Organize and schedule technical interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Create and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future positions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline status, offer acceptance rates)
- Stay informed about market trends, compensation standards, and emerging technologies
