Responsibilities
- Support WWB Colombia Foundation remotely in strengthening its ability to manage and support employee care responsibilities
- Align the organization with international care standards
- Advance the goal of becoming a recognized ‘Caring Organization’
- Conduct comparative research on care policies and best practices in similar organizations
- Design and apply diagnostic tools to assess care responsibilities and unmet needs among staff
- Review international ‘Caring Company’ standards and assess gaps between current practices and required criteria
- Contribute to strategies that highlight the impact of care responsibilities on workplace performance, wellbeing, and gender equality
